The human resources recruiters you meet with at The National Job Fair & Training Expo are professional screeners and hiring managers. Their job is to select and spend time with those candidates they are truly interested in. When an HR recruiter selects a person, he or she wants to be sure that the company spends its time and resources efficiently. To this end, the recruiter aims to meet with as many candidates as possible to find the one who best suits the company's needs.

With hiring managers in attendance, there is a very real possibility of being hired before you leave the site. This has happened to hundreds of candidates since the first edition of The National Job Fair & Training Expo, not to mention the thousands of candidates who were hired in the weeks following each event.
